The house itself has an enchanting allure, with its charming architectural elements set against a majestic mountain backdrop. This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights at 9,200 feet above sea level will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, keeps airflow moving.
