This newly remodeled downstairs apt offers a spectacular view of the ocean from a large picture window. The kitchen has a full size stainless steel stove and refrigerator. There is a large counter that also offers seating. This space is great for making meals or simple snacks. The living room has a large comfy couch that is also a sofa sleeper. The bedroom has 2 twins size beds with pillow top mattresses for a good nights sleep. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to help keep you cool. This apt is ideal for friends traveling together, a couple or even a single person.
We provide a starter kit of cleaning supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not supply disposable items beyond this. Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time including guests and visitors. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children age 2 or under. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book with us. Smoking is prohibited on the premises.
