This is a charming beach house with ocean views. The house is second from the ocean. There is a large porch with outdoor dining and deck chairs, perfect for lounging. There are 3-4 bedrooms. 2 Bedrooms are downstairs: one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twin beds. The second floor has two Sliding glass door underneath a shed dormer towards the Ocean as well as a new addition (see outside pictures) with its own queen bed, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as views of the Great South Bay, and an iron French balcony. The bulk of the second floor is wood paneled with a half bath and two sliding glass doors with two small balconies. In this open second floor there are three twin size beds - perfect for kids. There is air conditioning in the upstairs room and the room with queen bed. There are also ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms on the first floor and in the new addition on the second (which also has screened windows on both the bay and ocean side to allow for a fresh cross breeze). The house has 1.5 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower. Lots of beachside amenities: BBQ grill, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, wagon and 3 bikes. No smoking. Dining room was also recently expanded. Current picture is of old dining room. When vacant we hope to update listing with pictures of both Dining Room addition and Additional second floor Master Bedroom.
