The property is located in one of the most amazing recreational paradises in USA - The Swan Valley (RTE 83 Condon, MT) between The Mission Mountain Wilderness to the west and Bob Marshall Wilderness Areas to the east. Glacier Park is about 2 hours away to the north (or you can hike there - but it will take a bit to get there). This wonderful property will provide you ample privacy and access to year-round outdoor fun. You will occupy the street level, first floor of this two story house (owner will be in the basement). You will have private access to1750 sq. feet, with two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - one with tub and shower the other with just shower. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Some of the purest well water in the country. Living room, kitchen, dining area and an office area are all in an open floor plan format. Modern washing machine and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. There are 5 fenced acres for your horses. There is a 100 yd shooting range. There is a barn. You will have at least one covered area for your vehicle. I will add furniture to fit your needs in living room and 2nd bedroom - so if you have up to 4 kids/young adults, we can put 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom - otherwise one bed or 2 singles - so in whatever combination up to 4. Master bedroom has very comfortable queen size bed. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove and oven, garbage disposal, two sinks, fully stocked with utensils of all kinds and stainless steel cookware plus many extras, plenty of storage space. House is built out of concrete so warm in winter, cool in summer. Views of Rockies east and west from the property. Forest Service land adjacent to property. QUIET! There is internet but you will need to connect via ethernet. I avoid wifi - and you should too. There is decent cell reception.
