Our Fountain Hills vacation getaway is located in the Four Peaks Condominium Complex, which is 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 45 minutes from the Mesa Gateway Airport.
Restaurants, Pubs, Grocery Stores, Banks, Starbucks just steps from the condo.
Fountain Hills and the surrounding area provide a vacation destination offering an abundance of sunshine, and activities including; hiking, golfing, kayaking, horseback riding, shopping, fine dining and more. The famous Fountain and downtown area are just over a mile from the complex. Lake Saguaro, McDowell Mountain National Park and many trailheads are less than a 20 minute drive.
The condominium complex provides resort style living, featuring an amazing heated pool with cabanas that has just been totally renovated, comfortable furnishings, a hot tub, brand new gas grill and dining area. Inside the recently updated clubhouse you will find an exercise room and rejuvenating steam room.
When renovating our condo, our goal was to create a luxurious vacation home that vacationers would want to revisit year after year.
This first floor, split bedroom floorplan condo is just steps away from the clubhouse and pool area, which has been completed renovated.
Each bedroom is equipped with a 55” HD television, ceiling fan and king bed complete with a Simmons Beautyrest Recharge mattress to help provide a great nights rest. In addition, each bedroom has a walk-in closet and direct access to a bathroom.
Laundry Room – complete with new washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and drying rack.
