We are perfectly located in Carnelian Bay: 5min drive from Tahoe City and 2min to beautiful beach.
Close to the best skiing: Squaw, Alpine, Incline, Northstar..
Private 1 car parking.
This old Tahoe Cabin is attached to our home, we are very quiet and private but definitely happy to answer any questions about the area if you would like information.

You have access to your entire private Cabin. No areas are "shared". Relax and enjoy your vacation in a very private and peaceful location.
I am always available and happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Quiet residential area, very close to all main attractions, including Tahoe City, many restaurants, shopping, kayak/bike/paddle board rentals.
IMPORTANT - The transient occupancy tax will be included in your total, you do not have to worry about paying this fee upon arrival or check out.
CANCELATION POLICY: if you are concerned about our strict cancellation policy, please be sure to purchase travel insurance as we will not be offering additional refunds. Airbnb suggests InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth.
This insurance will be helpful in case of weather, fire, pandemics or other circumstances which would cause you to cancel your trip.
We only refund if it is necessary for us to close our Airbnb due to unexpected circumstances. When you sign our Airbnb contract, you acknowledge you have a strict cancellation policy.
COVID: If we are forced to shut our rental due to the COVID outbreak, we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate, no refunds will be given to guests who book after 3/15/2020, this is again, why we suggest purchasing travel insurance. (affordable and piece of mind)

FIRES/SMOKE/AQI: If we are forced to shut our rental/evacuate due to a fire we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate despite fires that are not a danger to our area, poor air quality and smoke, no refunds will be given.
We suggests you pay for travel insurance: InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb.
DATE CHANGES:
All changes between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 20% fee.
All changes between 3 to 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% fee.
No changes will be accepted within 48 hours of arrival.
No exceptions, thank you for your understanding.
Please contact us first if you must change your dates.
Please let us know if you have any questions, we are happy to go over any house/guest rule with you.

- Quiet hours: 10pm-7am (a fee can apply if these rules are not respected, noise is loud, neighbors complains...)
- Absolutely no smoking or drugs on the property (there will be a $350 deep cleaning fee if guests smoke in the home)
-Absolutely no parties/gatherings, there will be a fee of a minimum of $500 for parties.
-Please note: this listing is for 2 guests only, we sometimes make exceptions but it MUST be approved prior to your arrival date. If this is not respected, there will be an additional fee after check-out of $250/night per extra guest.
