THE SPACE
Beautifully decorated home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto acres of wooded open space.
Park in the 4-car driveway or wheels off the pavement for 2 additional cars in front of the house. Extra cars may be parked in the resort lots.
Enter the house on the main floor where you'll find a sitting room, 10-seat dining room, kitchen, living room, and laundry. The main floor deck includes a shaded screened sitting area, an 8-seat outdoor table, and a BBQ deck. Upstairs is a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bath. Two other bedrooms with queen beds share a full bath. Access another king-sized master bedroom with ensuite bath, and two twin bunk beds downstairs with a full bath. From the main deck or downstairs living room, access the huge outdoor deck with the hot tub, seating area, and fire table. Unwind in the game room with 4 arcade games, pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a basketball arcade.

Just pack you - all linens, bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Starter toilet paper and paper towels are also provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave and ground/Keurig combo coffee. Soaps are provided and washer/dryer are available.
A pool pass is available for the Stonewall Terrace Massanutten Resort pool. Open summer hours only. Check days and times before you go. There is a $6/guest fee with this pass. Lost pass fee is $250.
The home is minutes from skiing, snow and grass tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water parks, mountain biking, ziplining, mini golf, go karts, tennis, parks and more. Reserve online before you go on the Massanutten Resort Website.

This home is located in the woods - you may see some wildlife and you will see insects and arachnids.
We welcome up to 2 housebroken pets (less than 50 lbs.) with a $75 fee per pet.
Please keep them off the furniture.
Make sure they are safely crated and secured if left alone inside the house. Don't leave them alone outside, supervise them around the hot tub, fireplace and fire pit.

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE

• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
