Bring your friends or the whole family to relax and take in all that Yellowstone Country has to offer. Close to downtown’s many attractions and all the hiking and fishing you can handle in Paradise Valley and the surrounding area. Two-car garage if you need it and all the views that bring you to Livingston. All brand new furnishings, appliances and accouterments. Clean and neat!! Owner-occupied, which means we love this place as much as you will and trust that you will treat it accordingly.
Each bedroom has a brand new bed, mattress and bedding. Primary has a king with en-suite dual vanity and large shower; also has a big walk in closet. Secondary has a queen with closet. Third bedroom has a double bed and closet. Shared, second bathroom has single vanity and soaking tub/shower. Dining table seats six and there is room for four at the kitchen bar. Everything's on one level. The only steps are the one up to the front door and the one up from the garage. Garage is huge and has it's own entry code. Patio/deck off the living room is big and offers all the views. "Backyard" area is situated on a steep hill and you'll realize you won't be hanging out there as you look out over it from the deck. Front yard is not fenced and not large, but should work for a lawn game and for kids. The home is located on a semi-private "no outlet" street so there is virtually no street traffic aside from the neighbors and occasional delivery truck.
