Inside, you’ll find an open-concept layout with a full kitchen, 65” Roku TV,
12-foot sofa, and a futon sleeper—plus a private king bedroom with a 40” Roku
TV. But the real highlight? The game room vibes: vintage Pac-Man, Mortal
Kombat 3, foosball, ping pong, and shuffleboard all under one roof!
Step outside and enjoy the peace and privacy of the countryside with tons of
bird watching—yet you’re still close to Stillwater’s top attractions, OSU
events, shopping, and restaurants. Two kayaks with water safety gear are also
available upon request for kayaking on the lake.
Whether you're visiting for a OSU game, a quiet escape, or a weekend of fun at
the lake, this unique Stillwater short-term rental delivers comfort,
convenience, and charm.
We do have lots of wildlife on our 9 acres, including multiple families of
deer that come to roam and eat feed I leave out for them several times
throughout the day. There is absolutely NO HUNTING on our property. These
animals are our friends but I highly encourage you to keep your distance as
they are wild animals, just enjoy their presence when they allow us to do so.
We also have a feral barn cat named Penny on the premises, close to the Barndo
(he looks like Garfield). He was around before us so we just ask you to
respect his space as well and please do not disturb him or his little shack.
Pellet burner is only accessible during winter and never accessible during a
no-burn week. Please inquire if usage is desired during a safe time.
Kicker speaker is accessible by turning on the power on the back of speaker on
the bottom right. Hit the pairing button on the top left of speaker until the
front/bottom/center blue light flashes. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on
and then choose “amphitheater”. The speaker should take a couple seconds to
connect. If it does not connect, turn the power off for a few seconds and
then back on, then repeat. Please feel free to inquire if assistance is
needed.
