Newly built (2023) single family home available in the town of Dewey Beach located one block from the ocean. The 3rd floor living space is open concept with two 12 FT sliding glass doors in the living room and a 9 FT sliding glass door in the kitchen to enjoy outdoor living space (three decks) and fresh ocean air. The southeast facing deck has an ocean view and is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen while the north facing deck opens off the other side of the living room. The kitchen upgrades are plentiful and include a beverage refrigerator as well as a range and an oven in the large kitchen island which seats four. The second floor has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a coffee bar/beverage center including a sink and beverage refrigerator. The primary bedroom is an ensuite with direct access to a second-floor deck. There are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The home includes parking for 4-5 cars, single car garage, ping pong table, outside shower, and an elevator. There is plenty of storage for beach gear, bikes, strollers, kayaks and more on the first floor. Public transportation and Jolly Trolley stops located within a few blocks. Convenient to both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach.
