This is a brand new cottage is now accepting renters for the summer and features the finest amenities and professional decorating with locally sourced artwork. This two-story, 1700 sf cottage has three bedrooms and 2 1/bathrooms, and it can accommodate 10-12 people. You will love the light and airy design while the children will fall in love with the built-in bunk beds.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor; Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bath:
Bedroom 1 (Master with private shower): King, standard twin trundle bed
Bedroom 2: Queen, XL twin built-in bunk beds
Bedroom 3: Two fulls, standard twin built-in bunk beds
Shared bath: shower & tub
Please bring your sheets, bath towels, and beach towels, as linens are not provided. No smoking or pets (no exceptions!).
Rate includes professional cleaning at the conclusion of your stay. This allows you to maximize your vacation time.
