The space
The Nest at Nelson cabin is a luxury Scandinavian retreat located in the newest development in Suncadia called "The Cabin at the Farms."
The Nest was newly built in 2022 and features high end design with the light filled backdrop of the neighboring forest. Conveniently located mere minutes away from the Suncadia Lodge and all the activities Nelson Farm has to offer.

This luxury home is 1500 sq ft and features 3 bedrooms with King beds and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Maximum guest count is 6.

Guest access
Guests have private access to entire home and garage. Keypad code is sent 2 days prior to arrival in the welcome note.
Other things to note
• This rental does not provide access to the Suncadia pool or fitness center
• This rental is in a newly developed cabin community so you will have
neighbors and some construction and development is still underway but
should not interfere with your stay.
• We have blinds in each room
• We have exterior cameras to inform us on weather conditions and confirm
guest count. They are not directed towards living areas to maintain guest
privacy.
• Community HOA workers pickup the outside trash on Fridays that is located between cabin and garage - they will self serve
House Rules:
• No unregistered guests overnight or for a visit without written approval.
- We maintain the right to charge an additional $100 fee for each un- authorized guest.
• Please remove shoes in the house. - We maintain the right to charge
additional cleaning fee for any significant stains outside of normal wear and
tear.
• Pet fee is required to be paid prior to arrival. ($50 per dog, 2 dogs MAX)
• Please keep dogs on leash in the community. And clean up waste.
• Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway +garage. Additional parking available at
Nelson Farm parking lot.
• Fireworks are not allowed.
• Please only flush toilet paper.
• No Smoking including cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, hookah, etc in the cabin. Do not leave cigarette buds outside. Please bag and dispose in outside trash.
• No disorderly conduct. Complaints will result in your stay ending
prematurely without refunds.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00PM - 8:00AM – Please be respectful of neighbors!
