Beautifully renovated 3bd/2ba home centrally located in a quaint neighborhood just a few minutes from WVU Campus, Football Stadium and both hospital systems. Short walk to Mountaineer Stadium with plenty of parking. Furnishing and bedding are high end. Guests have said they are the most comfortable beds they have slept on, asking for brands and where to purchase. The kitchen is all updated and fully stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, dishes and utensils you would expect. There is an electric oven and stove top range as well
As a convection oven/microwave and dishwasher. There is also a stocked spice cabinet, coffee machine which brews pods or pots and a tea kettle. We provide complimentary coffee pods and some snacks. Enjoy your meals in the kitchen or on the amazing deck.
There are two full bathrooms. One has a full size bathtub/shower. Body wash, shampoo and condition provided along with towels and wash cloths.
There is a downstairs bedroom which is accessible by car. No steps to enter. There is a step up and down to use the bathroom. This is perfect for a surgical recovery if there is no need to go upstairs. It has been used many time for this on other platforms.
There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. There is hypoallergenic detergent and fabric softener provided for free as well..
