Parking is plentiful and easily accommodates multiple vehicles. Complimentary EV charging is available with 15 amp 110V, 30 amp 120V, and 50 amp 240V connections, including a NEMA 14-50 receptacle (portable Level-2 charger required).
RV accommodations are also available with 110/30/50 amp hookups, water connections, and rear property parking capable of accommodating up to a 48-foot fifth wheel.

The cottage is located on a larger private estate property, allowing guests to enjoy a quiet and secluded atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to Troy shopping, dining, and Troy University.
To maximize privacy, the host either vacates or closes off the main residence during guest stays. While guests are given plenty of space to relax and unwind, the host remains available if needed to help ensure an exceptional stay.
