The Modern Farmhouse Garden Cottage is simply incredible. You'll love the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings in this modern industrial farmhouse cottage. Most of the furniture is handmade right here in Missoula, MT. The artwork is from some of our very talented local artists. All artwork and locally built furniture is for sale. Brand new energy efficient appliances, W/D and air conditioning. Less than 1 mile to downtown, Old Sawmill Distict, Osprey Stadium and the U of M. All beds are Doctor's Choice by The Denver Mattress Company. Linens are amazingly soft. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous. There's a lot of room outside to hang out, grill or just lounge around. There's a nice yard with emerald green grass and a patio with outdoor furniture. Yard games are available as well. The Garden Cottage is situated above the Modern Farmhouse garage. No shared walls. The garage is only used for storage by the owners of Vacation Homes of Missoula for the mountain bikes, town bikes, paddle boards, river tubes, fly rods and other outdoor gear that is available to rent by our guests.
