Summary:
Welcome! Our four-bedroom, two-bathroom home can sleep twelve. We are located less than a mile to Xavier’s campus and have easy access to Interstate 71 and Route 22. In ten minutes or less you can get pretty much everywhere around downtown: Paycor Stadium, Great American Ballpark, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden, and more! Our home is fully furnished and pet friendly with a fee. Make yourself at home, we would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the living room will be to your right. In here you will find a queen sofa bed, an arm chair, and a SmartTV.
Through the living room is the dining room with a large farm table. To right of the dining room is the first full bathroom outfitted with a shower/tub combination.
On the other side of the dining room is the fully-equipped kitchen. In here you will find all major appliances, essential cookware, dinnerware, and a second dining table with seating for two.
One of the four bedrooms is located on the main floor. This bedroom is just off of the kitchen and is complete with a full-size bed. Head upstairs to the additional three bedrooms and second full bathroom. The first bedroom upstairs has two twin over twin bunk beds, the second room has a queen bed, and the third room has a full bed. The full bathroom upstairs is located in the hallway and easily accessed between all upstairs bedrooms.
The washer and dryer are located in the basement. This set of stairs is very steep!
****Please note, there is a three car detached garage on the property. The third bay to the left is locked and not available for guest use. Occasionally we have to access that garage bay for work supplies, but it will not interfere with your stay. The other two bays can be accessed, but do not have automatic door openers. You will have to manually lift the doors if you would like to use this space.****
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located within walking distance to Xavier University, two miles to Rookwood Commons and Pavilion, and five miles to downtown.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
Please note, there is a detached three car garage on the property. The third bay from the left is used for operational purposes and is locked. Occasionally, we will access that bay for work related supplies. You will have full and private access to the home and this will not interfere with your stay.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
