There are walking paths that intersect the property leading to the Deschutes River Trail and other side of the property is the bike trail that leads to all kinds of outdoor sports, fine dining and shopping. This unique location accesses the connector trails to the popular "Phil's Trail" for mountain biking. A quick 5 minute drive takes you to the Old Mill and and downtown to shops, restaurants and Drake Park and only 18 miles from Mt. Bachelor Ski Area.

Once the back cushions are removed on the couch, they are the size of a twin bed. There is a beautiful tiled shower downstairs, a powder room, and a tub shower combination upstairs.
