Summary: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful upon check in. However, arriving back to room after spending time in Seattle we discovered the air conditioning was not working, that staff member was rude and claimed there was nothing he could do about it. He came to room and wiggled the button, cold air worked for about 5 minutes. He had already claimed there was notjing else he could do so we just endured the terribly hot room till morning. Road out front is extremely busy. Entire room is very dated.
