If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great conveniences, you have come to the right place. This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Magic Sunset features beautiful airy décor, the five bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom featuring two twin beds. All bedrooms have either en-suite bathrooms or a hallway bath which gives you plenty of privacy.
The Main bedroom features its own private upstairs balcony where you can relax, sun tan or watch the stars at night.
The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortable in this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and large dining table with the pool table area features plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of entertainment. There is a multi game table available to entertain and a ping pong table for outside.
Upon entering the home, you have a great view of the pool area and lanai. From the large, fully equipped kitchen that is also is open to the dining and living room. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, outdoor shower, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for 10 guests, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or just watching amazing boat traffic. There is a boat dock great for hanging out or for canal fishing or boat docking.
