Our outdoor space is a natural retreat, surrounded by mature trees; expect occasional leaves, debris, and outdoor furniture stains as part of this genuine backyard experience.
Rules for House of Kai Guests during your stay:
Please respect check-in (4:00 PM) and check-out times (10:00 AM) or a late checkout fee of $150 will be imposed.
ABSOLUTELY NO parties allowed! We will promptly shut down the party & end the non-refundable stay.
Do not obstruct property security cameras in any way.
Parking - 4 cars limit: Please park on the drive way (fits 2 cars) and directly in front of the house (fits 2 cars). Guests must not block neighbors’ driveway.
No shoes on carpets
No smoking or illegal substances allowed on premises
No pets allowed
No unregistered guests allowed
Do not move furniture
Outdoor quiet hours are from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Guest must bring all outdoor activities indoors after 9:00 PM
Please respect the noise curfew!
Please take care of the furnishings. You will be charged for any damages that exceed the security deposit.
**Please be very careful with the Italian marble table in the dining room, it is extremely heavy and can cause serious harm - Do not lean against, sit on or climb on top of the table.

Please close and lock all windows and doors before you leave the property
Please take any trash out to the trash bins before you leave
Please do your dishes - load and run the dishwasher before your departure
