Brand new construction with stunning 4-peak Teton views! Our home is located in the quiet “view corridor” of the Teton Valley on a 10-acre lot. This modern farmhouse is less than a 10-minute drive from downtown Driggs, and has unbeatable access to restaurants, skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, Grand Targhee, mountain biking, and National Parks. Large windows throughout enhance the spacious feel of the open main floor and the wraparound deck is the perfect spot for taking in the panoramic views.
The space
The first floor has a modern, well-equipped open kitchen and dining room that feed into the living room. All of these spaces have a stunning view of the Tetons and surrounding valley. There is a 65" flat screen TV and indoor fireplace in the living room for cozying up by the fire while watching a movie. Additionally, there is an office on the first floor with two workstations and a sleeper couch that can accommodate up to 2 guests. A commercial grade high speed WiFi system is installed throughout the house to facilitate remote work. The side entrance to the house is via the mud room, which includes a brand new, extra large washer and dryer that guests can use freely for the length of their stay.
On the upper floor you will find the master suite with an opulent king-sized bed, large windows and sweeping views of the Tetons. Our favorite view in the house is from the master bathroom shower, which has a perfect sightline to the Grand Teton. Two additional bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and a second full bathroom includes a shower with double showerheads.
Across the driveway is the large owner's garage, above which is the bunk room. The bunk room is accessible from its own side entrance and is well-appointed with four twin-sized beds -- perfect for older children or a group of friends.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house aside from three owner's closets (two in the main house and one in the garage).
Other things to note
Two additional notes on the property.
First, in order to accommodate 12 guests, two people will need to sleep on the pullout couch in the office. Depending on the composition of your party, you may be comfortable staying with only 10 people.
Second, the property has lots of open space and a small, seasonal creek that runs beside it from April-July.
