The one of most important one is:
Turn off the lights if you are not using them, as well as fans, TVs or portable heater. Make sure everything is OFF at your check out, sometimes people leave them ON thinking someone will get in soon and do it, but my cleaning staff often find lights or appliances ON days apart from your check out please help me to save power.
Due to other Airbnb users’s bad behavior in the past, the Admin is prohibiting other guests apart the ones staying in. If you will have any other guest, you will need to send his name and a photo of his ID as well with some time in advance.
No smoking inside the apartment or common areas, the only place you can smoke is at the private patio if you use an ashtray.
NO DRUGS inside the property or in common areas are allowed.
Don't use the living room to eat or bring food or red wine, accidents happen often and there will be a whitish carpet that you must watch out.
Don't light up any CANDLES inside the apartment, There will be some awesome electric ones that will be ON-OFF automatically 5 hours daily, Please do not turn them on or off. this may de-program the system for other future guests.
No parties allowed inside the apartment or common areas.
Please DON’T use the private partio after 11 PM, this spot is very NOISE sensitive, neighbors will be sleeping, also please keep the patio's glass door closed After 11 PM too, Music, TV and voices inside are easily heard everywhere the tower if you are in the living room with the door opened.
Make sure to left locked the patio's door if you leave the apartment.
VERY IMPORTANT watch out if you are at the patio, don't close the door entirely otherwise you will be locked out. and it's a door with no key, it can just be opened from inside the apartment.
Use the Valet Parking they will be 24h available at -1 level. It's Free!
The two parking spots are tricky to find and reduced, if you decide park your self you will totally be responsable if you harm your car with a column.
If you stay for a long periods please be open to help to water some plants. I will be giving details if necessary.
Take out your trash before check out. The trash room is located at -1 Level please ask the vigilant or at the valet if you can't find it.
When you check out:
Close all windows and patio's door.
Please don't leave left overs on the fridge.
Leave the the bed or beds you used unmade to know what sheets we will need to wash, and towels you used on the floor, this will help us to notice what is been used and need cleaning.
Alcohol fire place is easy to use it but you will need to carefully follow instructions located at the house manual, its for your own security and others.
You must wear swim suit to use the pool. Swimming or taking sun on your underwear, naked or top-lessis not permitted. There are cameras and you can be penalized.
You can use my Loundry room and cleaning products of course! Just be patient with the washer machine it takes a few minutes to start the water loading, some people get confused and often think it does not work.
Do not use the Bicycle, its part of the decoration
