This elegant 2023 build is a modern beauty with its vaulted ceilings and large, picturesque windows. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen exudes splendor with LG smart appliances, a large island, a dining table, and a sitting area. Perfect for entertaining. Nespresso caffe, Smith tea, or freshly ground coffee beans are available for your morning drinks at the coffee bar.
Ample seating in the living room area is available for your cinematic experience on the Smart TV equipped with Apple TV4K. Security camera details: 2 surveillance cameras onsite - one at the front door facing outwards and one at the back of the house facing outwards. Both cameras will be disabled when guests are staying.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
