Located at the base of Bald Mountain, The Hemingways is one the few ski-in ski-out properties available in Sun Valley. The townhome-style residence offers three floors, all connected by a private elevator. The ground floor entry leads to the den/ tv room with a queen sofa bed, a full-size laundry room, and the two-car garage. Also on this level are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins (can be bridged to a King bed upon request), each with their own bathroom.
Taking the stairs or elevator to the second floor, you will enter the living area with a large gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed to entertain. The dining table seats 10 and there is additional seating at the bar. The living room is nice and bright with huge windows facing Bald Mountain and Warm Springs Creek, a grand river rock fireplace, a flat-screen TV with surround sound, and ample seating. The deck off the living room has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill.
The third floor offers the master suite with a king bed, high windows with Bald Mt views, a river rock gas fireplace, and a large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. Across the hallway is an office with a queen sofa bed.
