RENTAL BICYCLES ARE AVAILABLE NEAR THE BEACH AND THERE ARE SEVERAL COFFEE SHOPS JUST AROUND THE CORNER AS WELL AS SEVERAL SUPERMARKETS AND DRUG STORES. EASY ACCESS TO THE 405 AND 10 FREEWAYS. THERE IS A SMALL BUSINESS PARK WITH TENNIS COURTS, SMALL BASKETBALL COURT AND A CHILD PLAYGROUND JUST AROUND THE CORNER. OUR CONDO IS LOCATED IN A BUILDING OF ONLY 6 UNITS AND HAS TWO LARGE BEDROOMS EACH WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 1/2 BATHS. THERE IS A SMAILL PATION OUTSIDE THE MASTER BEDROOM AS WELL AS A FULL SIZE DECK WITH LOUNGE CHAIRS AND A DINING TABLE FOR SUMMER ENJOYMENT. YOU WILL FIND A SMALL STACKABLE WASHER AND DRYER INSIDE THE UNIT AND A FULL SIZE ONE JUST OUTSIDE THE EVERYONE'S USE FREE OF CHARGE. WE HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET. THERE ARE SEVERAL PLACES TO EAT AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND INSIDE THE BUSINESS PARK DURING WORKING HOURS. IT IS TRULY AN IDEAL LOCATION TO BE CLOSE TO THE BEACH, EXPLORE SOEM GREAT HIKING TRAILS, SEE THE SIGHTS OF LOS ANGELES, HOLLYWOOD AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS. THE METRO GOES FROM THE BEACH TO DOWNTOWN AND CONNECTS TO OTHER TRAINS AND METRO STATIONS.
