Lovely garden cottage, updated kitchen and bathrooms...Light and cheerful home on a quiet residential street. Dog friendly with lovely front yard to romp in. Close to shopping, ferries to San Francisco and walking distance to schools. Fifteen minutes by car to downtown San Francisco.
Bicycles available for riding the many picturesque trails of Corte Madera and Mount Tamalpais (sanitized helmets provided). Water access to Corte Madera Creek with kayaks (and life vests) available for strong swimmers to paddle the Creek and out into San Francisco Bay (only at high tide).
Riot of colors in an English style garden off the back patio. Patio has comfortable outdoor couch and chairs and a table for 4 for coffee on the deck on sunny mornings. Lighted garden area also has a table for four for outdoor meals overlooking the water and with a view of Mount Tamalpais.
Master Bedroom opens to deck and back yard. Master bathroom has soaking tub for two and a two person shower (with good water pressure) and private toilet room with heated bidet. Large walk-in closet with plenty of drawers, shelves and hanging space and a new front loading stacked washer and dryer.
The other two bedrooms , on the opposite side of the house, share a separate full bathroom with a separate laundry facility. There is a wood-burning stove with a visible flame to add warmth to the cold fall and winter nights. Safe, clean Duraflame logs provided.
