Beautiful home now available with Porretta Family Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned and operated vacation rental buisiness that have been renting our properties for twenty years. This lovely, newly remodeled 2300 square foot home has it all. Quiet neighborhood on a corner lot. Enter into the beautiful private courtyard, and go into the home where you will find an open floor plan. There is a large living room that opens up to a beautiful kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen is a large pub height table that seats six, a bistro set that seats 4, and bench seating at the island. The home has three large bedrooms; one with a Brooklynn Bedding king split into two XL twins with remote for raising and lowering your head and feet, and massager. In the master there is a queen, and the third bedroom has a sleeper sofa. There are two full bathrooms. The master suite is located on one end of the house (queen bed) and the other two bedrooms are on the other end for privacy. Each bedroom has a slider door that either opens up to the front courtyard or the backyard, perfect for that morning coffee, or a quiet place to read. The backyard truly is an oasis. There is a lovely pool that is NOT fenced and not heated. It is swimable from about May through November depending on how cold you like it. Also in the lush backyard are orange, lemon, pink grapefruit, and fig trees. Did I mention pomegranate? Yes! Depending on the season, you will have one or all of these delicious fruits! This home is fully equipped with linens, and everything you need to prepare great meals in the kitchen. This is an entertainers delight, and a great set up for two or more couples for those of you that enjoy traveling with friends, but need a little privacy!
The location of the home is ideal! It is a corner lot, and no home backs up to the property. It is about a five minute drive to groceries, eateries, hair and nail salons. A 15-20 minute drive will get you to malls, spring training, and the interstate for further exploration.
