Comfortable queen bed in bedroom and memory foam mattress in sleeper sofa means no springs - sleeps like a bed! New balcony with bistro table. Enjoy your meals outside during Summer months.

ML317 is located on the third floor one unit over from the stairs. Down two flights and across the hall is the exit to the mountain. Of course, there is an elevator if you prefer. Our condo in the wing closest to the Split Rock Pool Complex, the Village, and the Slopes.

We DO NOT ALLOW SMOKING in our condo.
We DO NOT ALLOW PETS in our condo. Due to severe allergies in my family, I cannot allow service animals in this condo. No reservations will be accepted for a party with a service animal.
NO Mountain Bikes in the condo, but there are many on-site bike lockers for you to rent. Go by the front desk for details.
Any violations will result in me keeping the full deposit.
Minimum rental age is 21.
Pool area in Split Rocks is a pay per day facility.

• Vinyl pillow covers have been placed on each pillow so that they are easier to disinfect upon checkout.
• There will be no lost and found. Ensure you check the condo thoroughly prior to checkout.
