Bring up to ten people and still have enough room to spread out. Books, games and movies are included-perfect for snuggling up to the gas fireplace on a stormy beach night. During those hot summer months, take a stroll down the private paved trail leading right to the beach via a unique wooden boardwalk. A gas barbecue sits on the completely fenced-in back patio, perfect to relax outside in the sun and cook your fresh caught fish. Directly across the street is the clubhouse, complete with a top-of-the-line fitness center so you don't have to break your workout routine. The clubhouse also includes a pool table, entertainment area, and a private patio with a large grill. 4 bikes and helmets wait in the detached garage; with miles of paved trails throughout Shorepine Village you will find you don't need to drive in this little beach town. No smoking. This home is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome for an additional $20.00 USD per pet, per night with a maximum of 3 dogs (to be collected upon check-in). Bedrooms: The Little Mermaid has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen, and full private bathroom. The upstairs guest room has a queen bed and TV/DVD player. The guest room downstairs has a queen bed, TV/DVD player and a full bathroom. Beach Access: The Little Mermaid is located in Shorepine Village, which has private beach access via a unique wooden boardwalk. There are private trails leading from this home to the boardwalk. The walk to the beach takes less than five minutes. Parking: There is one space in the garage and one space in front of your garage to park a total of 2 cars. Please let us know if you have additional parking needs. This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund of the rental amount is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
