The space
Two Bedrooms, One Bath with Living Room, Dining Room Full kitchen and Laundry Facilities, has additional sleeping quarters can sleeps 4 to 6 (4 beds total). The rooms are nicely furnished along with linens in typical Kentucky tradition. Has basement with Full Size Washers and Dryers furnished for our guests convenience.
The Stone Cottage is PET and KID friendly with plenty of outdoor recreational area. Pet cleaning fee is required $100.00 additional per pet. There are two main floor bedrooms that can sleep 4 people, 2 persons per bed. Additional sleeping quarters available in the basement (Up to 4 Beds Available). Basement is not finished space, has exercise equipment and washer and dryer.
The Full Kitchen includes all major appliances; Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher and includes microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The Kitchen furnishings also include Cooking Utensils, Dishes, Plates, Cups, Glasses, Flatware, Serving Spoons, Pots, Pans, etc. The property has fast and easy access to New Circle Road, The Kentucky Horse Park, Fasig Tipton, The Kentucky Horse Center, Rupp Arena, Lexmark, Toyota and The Lexington Convention Center. Guests will have there own private patio with both gas and charcoal grills and also a fire pit is available for outdoor enjoyment. Guests have full access to the entire property which is 3 plus acres.
