The house is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms / 1 bath, situated 4 blocks from the downtown stop sign in historic Philipsburg, with brewhouses, shopping, restaurants, coffee houses, sapphire panning, and the Sweet Palace to enjoy. The house is about 30 minutes from the front side of Discovery Ski Basin, 15 minutes to Georgetown Lake, and 45 minutes to upper Rock Creek, with lots of great fishing and hiking opportunities all around.
Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and there are two full-sized futons out in the common area. The spacious living room is furnished with a gas fireplace and beautiful view of the back side of Discovery and downtown Philipsburg.
