It is quiet and has all of the kitchen, bed and bath amenities you will need to be comfortable and relaxed. It is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a completely refurbished pool (open seasonally), basketball court and tennis courts. This apartment includes tennis rackets, tennis balls and basketballs for your outdoor fun. It also includes pool towels. It also provides two outdoor chairs for all of your music festival needs and a picnic basket for the park. The backyard is available upon request. (No fee)
