The Space:
There is a single garage space available that leads directly to the separate entrance. The space has a fully supplied kitchen (pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.). It also has a Keurig for a nice fresh cup of coffee. There is a ping pong table and assortment of board games & puzzles. Also, a 65 inch flat screen in the living room. Each room has a cozy memory foam mattress. There is also a quality air mattress available.
The Neighborhood:
There is a unique park behind our home, that the kids love. The neighborhood has many great hiking locations. Eagle wood golf course is a 5 minute drive. The home is conveniently located near the freeway as well to easily get to any destination in Utah.
Getting Around:
The I-15 is 5 minutes from the home. The Salt Lake City International Airport is 15 minutes away. To get to the heart of Salt Lake City it is a 15 minute drive as well. Park City is a 30 minute drive. 15 minute drive to the Lagoon. 45 minute drive to Antelope island. 13 minute drive to the Vivint Arena.

This is a 6,000 square foot home and the upstairs is rented separately. It has a separate entrance in the garage and we have never had any issues and we strive to keep it that way.
