Fantastic Tucson Original, Saltillo Tile through much of the home, colored concrete floors w some rugs.
Two good sized BR's w large closets, King BR has its own half bath, and has a little courtyard through its own French Door to south. Also now has a tv in Master BR also with Directv Premium Package.
The Queen BR also has a pair of French Doors to the west, and looks out to the north at the majestic Santa Catalina Mountains (and Mt Lemmon at 9100') and looks out over the huge pool w large deck and Large Propane tank BBQ (approx 100 feet north).
Also we have a new propane BBQ now on our front porch, too.
Our back yard backs up to a small horse ranch which is about 150 feet to our south, so it is very private to have all that space and wooded area between that property and your backyard, which also has an outdoor fireplace.
Your laundry is just through the kitchen door, very large area, and has a nice setup for doing your laundry and storing your extra suitcases or bike, etc.
Lots of nice pots, pans, silverware, dishes, gadgets, wine glasses and of course other glassware too. Coffee grinder for whole beans, nice coffee maker too, and iron avl upon request.
Linens are very nice and there are two sofas in the Living Room in case you have extra guests beyond the two BR's.
We have directv with many free movie channels, over 300 interesting channels to choose from in total. Showtime, HBO, TMC, TCM, etc. Premium Package if you want to look up the channel lineup and channel numbers.
We have a nice library with lots of good books, from history to classic novels. If you get engrossed in one, let us know if you want to take it with you and return the next month!
We feel our little enclave of 5 furnished homes on 5 acres is a special place, and we have had tremendous response as to its privacy in this part of town, yet just 2 miles from Safeway shopping center and lots of restaurants and fun places including Bear Canyon Pizza and beer, Stillhouse Brewery and restaurant, El Taco Giro Mexican has a whole page of $9.99 specials for dinner including Carne Asada, Shredded Beef Burritos Enchilada Style, Shrimp and Enchilada dishes, etc. Can you tell i like this place, plus ice cold beer mugs!
We are only a 7 minute drive to the east to get to Redington Pass, and Tanque Verde Falls, with great hiking and pools of water to swim in at the Falls, as well as same distance north to the base of Mt Lemmon, 9100 foot at the top, with pine trees and skiing in winter when we have precipitation, i have had powder up to my thighs in a few of the good years when i used to Ski Patrol there after U of A graduation (a while back)
We have lots of off street parking, and i contend this is the best deal for a 2 BR suite anywhere in town, certainly better than any hotels ! Approx 1500-1600 sf home.
If you need extra space, ask about our lockoff Studio which enters in the rear, and is separated by a separate foyer with its own entrance. We can often rent the Studio for a nice discount as an add-on for $60 - $70 per night depending on season, normally goes for a bit higher by itself, but is a nice add on if you need and extra !BR and 1BA with sofa. Known as Casita #7 fyi.
It has a Queen Bed and its own small shower and bathroom, small kitchenette, not a real kitchen, but a microwave and counter top with sink, and a cool flagstone eat-in table. It also has a Queen size sofa sleeper in the sitting area, and a brand new 18 SEER central wall heat/ac w remote control in the studio. Flat screen TV avl is needed with digital tv channels (approx 25 usually tunes in)
