Our newly renovated private upstairs unit is perfect for those wanting to be within walking distance to the action LG has to offer but a few streets away on a quiet neighborhood street. The lake is only 3 blocks away, Ice Castles, shopping & numerous restaurants are within walking distance! This listing is for the private upstairs unit of our Lake Geneva Bungalow. Perfect for a romantic getaway or fun family weekend away from it all. There are 2 private bedrooms with queen beds as well as a full bathroom and kitchenette that includes all kitchen amenities except for a full size oven. The kitchenette includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, large toaster oven that can cook a pizza, microwave, induction stove top, and Keurig coffee maker, and teapot, coffee and tea included :) The unit includes access to an attached private balcony, an outdoor backyard space that includes a grill, fire pit, and outdoor seating, and a breakfast bar/work area. We renovated this 1860's historic home with a chic, clean, and cozy design with all of the amenities, including internet, a record player, and a smart TV to stream all your favorite shows. Need more space? This home has been converted into a duplex so we have a private downstairs unit (3 bed 1 bath full kitchen). Inquire about renting the whole home as it is perfect for travelling with large/multiple families or groups of friends! Travelling with children? We often do! We planned this space specifically considering what we would love to have available when we travel with our toddler. We have a high chair, toys, porta crib, and umbrella stroller for your use! There are so many great places to see while you are in town. Our location is PERFECT! Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva, our guests do not need a car! We are in Maple Park Historic District, which boasts some of Lake Geneva's oldest buildings dating back 170 years! Take a walk around the neighborhood and look for the homes that bear oval plaques of the year built. You can head downtown to rent bicycles or begin walking around the lake to gaze at the gorgeous lake homes (26 miles all the way around!). Walk to grab a coffee or breakfast at Simple Cafe, grab brick oven pizza at Woodfire and stop at Hogs & Kisses for a drink! If you want to see what's around Williams Bay, Fontana or Delavan, you are only a 10-15 minute drive away. We will have more recommendations in the unit for you upon arrival but after you book we will also send a link to our private website that we created to highlight our favorite food, drink, and experiences! We are foodies and when we travel we love to experience all the town has to offer, the local way!
