Negative: I had to wait for toilet to be delivered The front of the property doesn't look inviting. The windows were broaded up like an abandoned house. There should be a note that the property is in the back. My friend didn't want to stay because of it. The pictures don't match the pictures online. Crash pads definitely not a hotel. There wasn't any email stating that I needed to bring towels. There were no wash clothes as well. The ac was not blowing any air because the air filters haven't been cleaned Calling is not available only email You can tell that no one has been there to look at or fix little things. There should be bottles of water in the fridge
