The Lodge at Prescott Pines Inn combines the convenience and privacy of a Prescott, AZ cabin rental with the award winning amenities of Prescott Pines Inn Bed and Breakfast lodging. It is a separate two-level, 1,400 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bath A-frame with its own deck, private patio and gas BBQ grill. It will sleep up to 8, however is also ideal for smaller groups.
Tucked into the pines near a seasonal creek, The Lodge offers a comfortable, peaceful retreat surrounded by nature yet only minutes from Prescott's historic downtown, Whiskey Row, antiquing, shopping and dining.
Step through the entry and get away from it all! The Lodge has been totally remodeled and the decor celebrates Arizona's remarkable scenery and heritage. A peaceful ambiance envelops you upon entering. The soaring cathedral ceiling offers an expansive view of The Lodge. The Great Room and adjoining kitchen provide an inviting open area to relax and visit with family and friends or sit quietly by the fire. Create your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or step out for a night on the town a few minutes away.
The Grand Canyon Room is hidden away on the main level and is the largest of the three bedrooms with two queen beds. The room's warm, soothing palette is reminiscent of the Canyon's changing colors. In the morning, this peaceful room captures the first rays of sunrise.
Nestled at the top of the stairs is The Jerome Room overlooking the Great Room below. Cozy up in the queen bed or the reading nook and plan your day's adventures.
Inspired by the Red Rock City, The Sedona Room is on the upper level with king bed and is accented with rich, warm colors. The calm, serene ambiance of this room makes it ideal for quiet time. Thoughtfully selected photographs of Sedona, taken by the owners, accent the walls.
Sleeps up to 8 people with a 2-night minimum stay. (3- night minimum for special events & holidays).
AMENITIES:
The Lodge is set on the grounds of the Prescott Pines Inn Bed & Breakfast. Resident owners Rick & Karen provide personalized service to all their guests. The property has been voted the #1 Bed and Breakfast in Prescott for 16 years in a row and awarded the Talk of the Town Excellence in Customer Satisfaction Award for 6 years in a row.
In order to make your stay even more comfortable, The Lodge is equipped with cable TV, books, games, complimentary high-speed WiFi, CD/MP3 player, wood burning stove, and heating and cooling.
Due to the full Lodge kitchen, breakfast is not included for Lodge guests.
POLICIES:
Check In / Out
Check in is from 3:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM.
DEPOSITS
A one night’s deposit and any add-ons is required with all reservations with the balance due at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is charged at check-in for guests of The Lodge, and is adjusted or refunded accordingly after check out.
NO SHOWS
If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
CHILDREN
Children of all ages are welcome in The Lodge.
PETS
We are sorry to say that we do not accept pets at the Lodge. However, we can assist you with arrangements to board your pet nearby.
PARKING
Parking is limited to guests only and there are two parking spaces for the Lodge. Please let us know in advance if you will need parking for more than two vehicles.
SMOKING
We are a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in one specific designated outdoor area, and never in rooms or on patios. If evidence of smoking is found in or around the Lodge, a cleaning charge of $300 will billed to your credit card.
LEGAL NOTICE
As the owners, Rick & Karen live nearby on the property and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. They are not responsible for accidents or injury, damages to personal property or vehicles or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. The most recent registered guest will be charged for any missing and/or damaged items.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Items left behind at the Lodge can be sent to you via mail at your request. The cost of packing and shipping plus a $10 handling fee (rounded to the next whole dollar) will be billed to your credit card.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates must be presented at check in, are transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining unused amount on a gift certificate may be used at a later date up to the date of the expiration.
