This awesome family home has 5 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms, sleeping 16 Adults! Beautifully and comfortably furnished with relaxation in mind. The open kitchen, dining and living areas are big enough for the entire family to gather together and enjoy the upper and lower open patio overlooking the pool, fishing pier, and the intercoastal.
The upstairs master suite has a king bed, full bath, and large walk-in closet. Both guest bedrooms upstairs come with queen beds. There is a full-size bathroom in the hallway between both rooms.The downstairs bedroom to the right has a queen bed, the room to the right there are 4 full size bunk beds sleeping up to 8 adults. Ground level living room and bar area includes a large couch, TV, and bar perfect for entertaining. Ground level also includes a half bathroom that gives you the feel of being on the Texas coast.
Outside there is a covered patio area with ample amounts of seating for outside dinning. Enjoy the beautiful pool with the spectacular water views while family members fish off of the lighted deck. Do you have a Boat? This amazing property includes a private boat slip as well as a fish cleaning station for guest to use while visiting.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.There is a washer and dryer for your use. Wi-Fi is available.
