We are situated South of Route 28 in the heart of Harwich Port and less than a 5 minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to the beautiful Bank Street Beach. Sea Haus is a coastal inspired, 3 bedroom 2 bath home.
Our home was built in 1990 and sits just off lively Main Street. After hitting the grocery store, plan to park your car for the week! You will be steps from amazing dining options (The Port, Embers, Mad Minnow, Hot Stove and Sundae School Ice Cream, to name a few), boutique shops, and art galleries - all while enjoying the privacy from a fully fenced in property.
The first floor features an open floor plan living and dining room with a large picture window and sky lights. There is a gorgeous fireplace that adds warmth and character to the beach-chic inspired decor, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, first floor bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and full bathroom with shower. The second floor features cathedral ceilings and brand new plank flooring with two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a gorgeous fireplace, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features two sets of built in bunk beds (twin over full). WIFI throughout. The second floor bathroom features a double vanity and tub/shower. The basement is the perfect hang out! Large smart TV/ DVD player, ping pong, foosball & board games to appeal to any age child, as well as the laundry room.
Outside you will enjoy the enclosed (hot/cold) outdoor shower and time relaxing on the patio grilling up your favorite burgers or seafood. There is plenty of space to enjoy a game of bocce, horseshoes, spike ball or badminton in the large grassy yard.
Cape Cod and Harwich have so much to offer. Make sure to take a ride on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or watch the Harwich Mariners play in a Cape Cod League baseball game. Go a round or two at the 9 Hole Harwich Port Golf Course, or take on the beautiful 18 Hole Cranberry Valley Golf Course. And don't forget to enjoy the Harwich Port Stroll every Wednesday night in July and August featuring live bands and fun for all!
