The space
This is a professionally managed short term rental building that contains three individual units accessed by a common area. Each unit and room is luxuriously designed and uniquely decorated. By booking this unit, you'll have access to one of three Whitewater condos inspired by the great state of Idaho.
Unit 1: Urban Idaho
With crisp colors and clean-lined furniture, this unit embodies modernity with a touch of an urban-industrial feel. Books and artwork decorate the unit, highlighting Idaho landmarks, skyline, city streets, Freak Alley, downtown businesses, etc. Bright, fun, and family friendly with plenty of entertainment and games.
Unit 2: Adventure Idaho
Inspired by nature, this unit is decorated with muted blues, tans, browns, and touches of green. The furniture is cozy with more natural materials. The artwork and books and decor focus on Idaho’s scenic mountains and rivers with nods to activities like hiking, skiing, and rafting.
Unit 3: Idaho the Gem
This unit has a more eclectic and unique feel with rich materials and touches of deep velvet and glass – these dark, moody colors are inspired by Idaho’s famous gems. The unit is adorned with sophisticated art and decor like geodes and crystals that bring a sparkle to every room
If you need a larger space, we do offer the option to book two or even all three of the units together – combined these spaces can provide up to 6 total bedrooms, accommodating 15 people. All three condos are located on the same floor adjacent to one another, which allows for large groups to interact should multiple units be rented together.
The Whitewater Condo building is newly built, so you can expect the highest quality design, furnishings, and attention to detail.
Added perk: All of these units are located in the same building as the award winning Alchemist Coffee where you can start your day with a great coffee or pastry and end it with a local brew.
Guest access
Getting around the West End of Boise is quite simple. You're already pretty close to downtown, so walking, or riding a bike is reasonable.
If you want to drive, there's plenty of first come first serve street parking.
Downtown has ample parking as well and if you want to park in a garage downtown, they're very cheap.
Other than that, you can Uber, Lyft , or take a Taxi.

Book this unit and you'll have access to two of the Whitewater condos; The The Gem.
We do offer a variety of options based on the fact that each condo is 2 bed, 2.5 bath (Middle Unit has only 2 bath). Three can be rented as one large unit (accommodating up to 15 people), or as individual units (accommodating up to 5 people), or rented as pairs (accommodating up to 8 people). All three condos are located on the same floor, and are all adjacent.
The Whitewater Condos are brand new construction, so expect the highest quality design, furnishing and attention to detail.
