Hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah") is a Scandinavian word that has no direct translation because it's more than a word. It's a concept. It's a way of life, of connecting with ourselves and others through all the things that make life good. Friendship, laughter, nature, security, coziness, food and drink are but a few ideas of how to Hygge! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor space, this cabin is the perfect reprieve for anyone in search of connecting, breathing some fresh air in the Black Hills. Stay on site to play in the snow or sun, skip stones, and roast marshmallows on the Rapid Creek waterfront, or hop in the car and visit the many state parks, hiking trails (within 3 miles), mountain biking trails (within 1 mile), ski slopes (within 36 miles), and museums, memorials and monuments that make South Dakota so unique!
