Summary: Room was clean, lady in reception who seemed to be there 24 hrs a day, was friendly, polite, helpful. Only downfall was noise from outside, train, busy road, and inside, every time the lift opened or someone opened a door it sounded like it was right outside your room. If you could soundproof doors and windows the hotel would be ideal
