Home 4 Now "Just 4 U" has the feel of a private suite & the comfort of a relaxing home. It has 2 very comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 bath & "FREE" Wi-Fi. Easily accommodates "MORE THAN" 6 guests. There are 2 very comfortable lounge chairs (with foot rests) could very easily facilitate a great nap or over nighter. Especially young persons who stay up late playing their game systems &/or others watching late night movies.
The LARGE Master bedroom has a flat screen TV, A KING SIZE BED with large deluxe pillows, A FULL BATHROOM (stocked with matching towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, bubble bath, body wash & lotion), a large closet with hangers, hair dryer, iron with small portable ironing board, 2 large dressers, end table, AC unit & portable fan (if needed).
The 2nd bedroom has Full size bed (comfortably sleeps 2 adults) with large deluxe pillows, large dresser & lamp, full length mirror, closet with hangers, ceiling fan & light & portable floor fan (if needed).
The living room has a flat screen TV, sleeper sofa (comfortably sleeps 2 adults), 2 lounge chairs (matching foot rests make for perfect lounging or a good nap), a very nice work desk with multi use lamp (WiFi code is inside desk drawer). It has an AC unit & separate thermostat to turn on the heat (especially during winter). It also has a large cabinet filled with extra amentities like a FIRST AID KIT, aspirin, air freshener, laundry soap, dryer sheets, pillows, blankets & extra towels.
To add to an enjoyable experience, there are board games, deck of cards, magazines & information on local favorites.
The SPACIOUS KITCHEN has a large dining table, refrigerator, stove, DISHWASHER, microwave & toaster. It comes packed with COMPLIMENTARY eggs, milk, juice, water bottles, english muffins, grapes, bananas, breakfast bars, oatmeal, drink mix for water, breakfast carnation drink mix, a variety of flavored INSTANT TEA & INSTANT COFFEE (regular & decaf), popcarn, miniature pizzas & small ice cream cups (for added snacks), salt, pepper, cooking oil, butter, ketchup & mustard. We provide dishes, utensils, can opener, pots & pans & more.
The FENCED IN BACK YARD has a PRIVATE ENTRANCE right off the kitchen. Guests can enjoy a small play set (suitable just for the tiny ones, a small BBQ GRILL, a FIRE PIT w/some wood & CORN HOLE for leisure & fun.
Guests can use the WASHER & DRYER in the basement. Keep in mind that our family "may" need to use them on occasion as well but VERY MINIMIZED while guests are on the property. The basement can be conveniently accessed by a privately secured entrance inside the unit. Sitting chairs for lounging outside are stored there as well.
This unit is great for an overnighter, short getaways, vacations &/or longer stays. It's in a quiet & VERY SAFE NEIGHBORHOOD. It's equipped with a lot of the amentities needed for business, leisure, personal or family travel. Lots of stores, restaurants, social hot spots & the prestigious campus of Xavier University are literally a short walk away. This community is called "THE CENTER OF THE CITY & is literally only minutes away to ALL of the popular venues our city has to offer. A perfect spot for guests who enjoy or use public transportation. Buses conveniently run super early &/or late hours. There's convenient curbside parking & a key lock box for hassle free & very simple check-in &/or check out at any hour. This may be an older home but it's definitely a great spot to create tons of memorable experiences.
