Located in the University District, this home puts you right in the center of it all. Old giant trees and big beautiful homes make you feel like you are in a storybook setting.
On the main level of the home, which was fully remodeled as an accessible space you will discover beautiful oak flooring throughout, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. Two bedrooms, one with a full-sized bed and the other with a twin-sized murphy bed are situated on the main floor, alongside a full and half bath. The main floor also features a washer and dryer.
Head up to the second-floor suite and discover the master bedroom, complete with an attached full bathroom and sitting area. The lush exterior features a wraparound porch where you will enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise or the morning commuters.
