Summary: Disappointed that the room I booked was no longer an option at this hotel. They claim they let Hotels.com know. Pool was closed and then very limited breakfast Sunday morning due to no staff. Staff there was amazing and because I booked with Hotels.com, they could not give me Hilton points to offset.
