Our two-story condo has all the space you need for two full families to spread out and have togetherness while not getting in each other's hair. Helm N Dock is a 6 Bedroom conjoined property made up of two, beautiful, over/under condos renting together as one property. Each floor has a king primary suite, a queen guest suite, and a bunk room. Separate living areas and kitchens give you all the space you need to spread out. The units are adjoined by an interior stairwell, making it a breeze for your early risers to come together for morning coffee on the Oceanview porches! We are only one row from the beach, so run back and forth as much as you like!

Covered and Driveway pad parking for 5-6 vehicles, size dependent. No boats, trailers, campers, buses, or recreation vehicles are allowed, and parking on the grass is prohibited. Exterior stairwell to private entrance. Private outdoor shower. Extra storage and beach equipment for Guest use.

Parking:
Parking for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway, size dependent. Please do not block the driveway entrance, as this is a shared driveway.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.
