Summary: The staff was nice except during my check out it took 10 minutes for someone to show up. I also did not realize there was coffee in the lobby until then. In general this is a no frills hotel. Parking was not good. You had to drive backwards out of the lot because it was too small to turn around in. Airplane noise and noise of garbage trucks was bad. Other places might have the same issue. They need to invest in new windows and doors to block the noise. Tv was roku only. You would need to log into your own steaming service. Maybe in this age that’s not so bad. Nothing on tv anyhow. There was a fridge and microwave. No coffee in room. No breakfast. Towels were old. Overall the place felt like it needed an upgrade. Location was excellent for walking to restaurants and maybe a mile to Midway museum. 10-15 minute walk to sailing ship museum. Internet was good but sometimes the Roku would buffer and freeze. My iPhone worked fine. If this is one of the cheaper priced hotels then it was acceptable. I felt I paid a lot though. If I went to this area again I would pay a little more for better parking. If I had to pay a lot more then I would be willing to stay here again.
