The unit is located above the outdoor community hot tubs. The building is accessed through a second-floor exterior entry with interior hallways that lead you to the main entry of the condo, on the third floor. The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats eight. There is additional seating for 2 with bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 32-inch TV with cable, and a stereo system with mounted speakers. From the living area, you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two hot tubs.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a deck with mountain views, a spacious double closet, a 21-inch TV, and an en-suite bath. The first guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds and the second guest bedroom offers two twin beds. The two guest bedrooms share the full-size hall bath. There is a barbecue grill on the deck off the second guest bedroom. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double-door closet. There is ski storage in the hallway and one assigned parking space for this unit. This unit does not have A/C.

The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.
