The space
LEVEL ONE
The first floor includes a two-car garage, a living room with a pullout queen couch, a kitchen, and a half-bathroom. It also provides access to the lower-level patio, including outdoor seating and a grill.
LEVEL TWO
The second floor contains three bedrooms. The primary suite offers four beds (two queens, two twin trundles, & a sofa bed) and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has six beds (all twin, two are trundles) and shares a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with the third bedroom, which has one king bed.
LEVEL THREE
The third floor features a half bathroom and two rooftop decks with various seating options and panoramic views of Nashville's skyline.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure.

Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood.
