Located within the gated The Reserve at St. Charles Bay community, this stylish, beautifully decorated home features hardwood floors, chic furnishings, and tranquil water views throughout. An open layout means the chef can make magic in the sleek, well-equipped kitchen, featuring quartz countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, while the rest of the group lounges in the living room nearby. A large dining table has the whole family covered at mealtime. Eclectic rattan barstools provide even more seating at the kitchen island.
At the end of the day, settle into the living room to stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or grab a book and opt for a quiet evening on the sofa upstairs. Occupancy and parking are strictly enforced. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. The vehicle that has been displaced by the trailer must be parked at overflow parking on the island or at the community park. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site.
